Established in 2019, Universe Elite Management is a dynamic enterprise specializing in comprehensive management, strategic sourcing, consultancy, marketing, and e-commerce operations. With a solid presence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we are proud to celebrate our third year of successful operations.

Distinguished by a commitment to excellence, we are a rapidly growing business that currently owns and operates four strategically positioned restaurant outlets in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Our portfolio includes Ming Ren Xuan Cantonese Cuisines, Wanomiya – St Mary Place, Wanomiya – GTower, Wanomiya – Express and more.

Our Journey

2019 : The Humble Beginnings

Universe Elite Management embarked on its culinary journey in 2019 with the opening of its first restaurant, specializing in exquisite Cantonese fine cuisine. Our team, though small and inexperienced at the time, was driven by a shared passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

2020 : Navigating Through the Storm

The following year, the COVID-19 pandemic began to spread in Malaysia, posing unprecedented challenges for the F&B industry. By the second quarter, stringent restrictions were imposed, banning dine-in services. To adapt, UEM pivoted to offering delivery services, striving to sustain operations during this turbulent period. Despite our efforts, two of our three restaurants were unable to survive the pandemic’s impact.

2021 : Innovation Amidst Uncertainty

In 2021, the fluctuating nature of the pandemic continued to affect the stability of the F&B sector. To diversify our offerings and reach customers despite dine-in restrictions, we introduced a range of ready-to-eat frozen items from our Cantonese restaurant. Leveraging social media, we conducted Facebook Live sessions to promote and sell these products, embracing new avenues of customer engagement.

2022 : Rebirth and Expansion

With the gradual stabilization of the pandemic and the easing of restrictions in 2022, UEM seized the opportunity to expand. We launched a new Japanese cuisine restaurant, specializing in omakase and yakiniku with a focus on premium wagyu. This venture attracted a fresh customer base, eager to experience top-notch Japanese dining. Simultaneously, Ming Ren Xuan reopened for dine-in, and by the end of the year, we expanded our Japanese restaurant into one of Malaysia’s largest wagyu all-you-can-eat establishments, offering over 100 items for unlimited refills.

2023 : Building a Community

In 2023, UEM focused on strengthening our relationship with customers through various events across all our restaurants, fostering a loyal and stable customer base. This successful engagement led to the opening of a bar, an omakase restaurant, and a teppanyaki restaurant. To reward our dedicated patrons, we launched a membership program, providing exclusive benefits to our regular customers and enhancing their dining experiences.

2024 : Continued Growth and Milestones

So far in 2024, UEM has continued to expand its footprint in the culinary landscape. We introduced an express restaurant catering to the office crowd and younger audience, offering delicious meals at affordable prices. Our team has grown significantly, reflecting our ongoing commitment to excellence. A significant milestone for us this year was achieving Halal certification for our restaurant, broadening our appeal and inclusivity. As we look to the future, UEM remains dedicated to expanding further and bringing exceptional food experiences to all.
