2021 : Innovation Amidst Uncertainty

In 2021, the fluctuating nature of the pandemic continued to affect the stability of the F&B sector. To diversify our offerings and reach customers despite dine-in restrictions, we introduced a range of ready-to-eat frozen items from our Cantonese restaurant. Leveraging social media, we conducted Facebook Live sessions to promote and sell these products, embracing new avenues of customer engagement.
